You need to contact your school first as they are the mediator between you and the board and school gets help easily because they know whom to contact

For the process of correction of certificate, write an application to your school along with supporting documents and an affidavit of your mother with the correct name. The school will submit the documents for changes and corrections to your certificates to the Board of Education.no need to contact CBSE
