I born 25 may 2002. can I give upsc exam in 2023

Hope you are fine.. Yes!! you will be eligible to appear in UPSC CSE 2023, the basic eligibility criteria is that you must have attained 21 years of age and be less than 32 years of age as of 1st August 2022, and in 2023 you will be 21 years old.
If you belongs to general category the maximum age to appear in UPSC is 32 years, and if you belongs to OBC you will get relaxation of 3 year and you can attempt UPSC 9 times
If you belongs to SC/ST category, you will get 5 years relaxation and you can attempt as many times as you want there is no attempt limit for ST and ST category

To appear for UPSC 2023, candidates need to be of 21 years of age as on August 1, 2023. As your birthday falls in the month of May, you will already be of 21 years before appearing into the examination and hence meeting the eligibility criteria. So, you can definitely appear for the UPSC 2023.
