Yes you can crack NEET UG 2024 because from the year 2024 you will become eligible for NEET UG as per your DoB as the minimum prescribed age is 17 years as on December 31st of the examination year.
Also for 10+2 or equivalent you need to have a minimum aggregate in PCB as per your category which is described below and also you need to pass overall in 10+2 or equivalent :-
>>>>> You need to pass separately in theory as well as in practical of PCB.
>>>>> If you belongs to General/UR category then your aggregate of PCB (Theory + Practical) should be equal to or more than 50% (40% for SC/ST/OBC and 45% for PwD).
>>>>> You should be pass in English subject as well.
>>>>> Your minimum age should be more that or equal to 17 years by December 31st of the examination year, as per the current eligibility criteria.
>>>>> Now there is no upper age limit for NEET UG.
