Hello Abhinav. I'm having the same query. I was born in Kerala n bought up in Delhi. Will I be able to obtain OBC NCL from Kerala. Did you applied for one n what happened afterwards.

There are few points regarding these-

1.Address in your aadhaar card it is of kerala or mumbai,

2.You can make domicile certificate of kerala that would ease your path further

3.And in your caste certificate is of kerala that would not be any problem

it is fine you can apply.
