I by mistake didn't upload the certificate of lieu but instead of that I uploaded my old non creamy layer while registering in jee advanced form.. can I again upload the new non creamy layer issued after april 2020

As you have uploaded your creamy layer certificate during the time of JEE Advanced 2020 registration, you might not be able to upload the OBC NCL certificate issued after April 1, 2020.
You may visit ncbc.nic.in for latest guidelines and updates on the Central List of State-wise OBCs and other details.
You can try to contact the authorities of JEE Advanced by either mailing them or calling them to clarify your doubt.
