Your score is enough to qualify neet exam but qualifying an exam doesn't guarantee admission. According to the previous year cut off, you have very low to no chance to get a government medical college at a score of 206 even for OBC category. You can look out for private medical colleges.

As per your query I would like to tell you that with these marks you won't get a seat in government medical college under state quota . To get a seat under in government medical college you need to score 600+ marks . You can apply for deemed colleges to be on safer side . I would suggest you to take a year drop and prepare well for next year to get a seat in medical college
