I came to listen that neet 2021 will compromise of more internal choice ....what about cutoff then for all categories ?? will cutoff rise ??
NEET 2024: Cutoff (OBC, SC, ST & General Category)
NEET 2024 Admission Guidance: Personalised | Study Abroad
NEET 2025: Syllabus | Most Scoring concepts | NEET PYQ's (2015-24)
Yes, you have heard it right. NEET syllabus has not been reduced , but as many boards including CBSE has reduced the syllabus so to give some relaxation there are chances that internal choices will be provided to attempt the question just like the way NTA increased the number of questions for JEE main from 75 to 90 in order to provide internal choices for attempting question.
You can check the complete Neet syllabus at our page the link is provided below

Coming to cut off,
Then it is very difficult to say whether cut off marks will increase or decrease as cut off marks keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like :-
*number of students that appeared in the exam,
*kind of marks obtained by them ,
*toughness level of the examination etc.
If internal choices are provided then it will decrease the overall difficulty of the paper a bit.
Also,
When we go through last 3 years cut off data then cut off is expected to increase, which is provided below :-
Year wise cut off marks
Category 2020 2019 2018
General 720-147 701-134 691-119
Obc/sc/st 146-113 133-107 118-96
So , to be on the safer side you should try to get at least 15 to 20 marks more in comparison of Neet 2020 cut off as per your category i. e if you belong to general category then try to get atleast around 160 marks in order to qualify Neet 2021.
But yes,
Just qualifying with Neet cutoff won't help you to fetch a seat in a Government Medical College so you should try to get at least around 575 marks if you belong to general category.
Now , limited time is left for your neet 2021 examination, so focus on preparation, go through the chapters , practise questions and then revise them, go through mock test papers once you are done with complete syllabus.
If you have any other doubt then you can always reach us to clear them :) we are always available to help you out and guide you
Thank you
Hello student ,
In NEET 2021 there will be more internal choice so that to ensure that the students who have prepared on the basis of the reduced syllabus — as prescribed by most boards including CBSE — are not at a disadvantage. However, there will not be any syllabus cut for the NEET 2021.Further the ex act pattern for NEET (UG) 2021 is yet to be announced. However, in view of the reduction of the syllabus by some boards across the country, the NEET (UG) 2021 question paper will also have options on the lines of JEE MAIN . Beside this we cannot tell exactly about the rise or fall in cut off because it totally depends upon the no. of students appeared for the exams , toughness level of exam and many more .
Hope it helps !
