i can complete my bsc 1and 2 sem then i do one year gap then next year i can admission to the bsc 3rd sem it can be possible

Hello,
See currently the NEP isn't in effect this year, it might be possible to be in effect from next year or so, at that time it is possible to hold your current course and opt for another course and after finishing that resuming your previous holded course. But currently it is not possible, if you are in 3rd semester of any particular course then you have to finish the complete course then you can opt for another course.
