I can direct apply for space science in Gujarat university after 12th (science stream ) ?

No, Gujarat University does not offer undergraduate courses in space science, so you cannot directly pursue the same, although you can pursue PG diploma in space science, but you can pursue that only after completing you PG degree in Physics/Electronics or B.Tech/B.E.
