I can do graduation in physics and not in chemistry or biology then I will apply for Msc mlt post graduate course is yes or no?

M.sc MLT requires graduation in B.Sc. MLT , or B.Sc. Microbiology, or BMLT or equivalent science stream degree and also above 55% marks or equivalent at the level of graduation.

Yes you can do graduation in Physics. You can do BSc Physics and then go for higher studies like MSc Physics and then PhD in physics itself.
