Hi Vivek, hope you are doing well, no its not possible for you to do job while studying in engineering college. The timing for engineering college will be generally from 9 to 4 and in other time if you wish you can do the job you wish like. But it is suggestable to focus on studies in engineering rather than working while studying.

I think it helps you!!!

Keep Smiling:)

Wish you good luck!:)

Hello Vivek,Yes, you can do, and you will find most of the students, doing some job while they are in college to financially help their parents. But that work will not be simple labor work or manual fitting work, door to door salesman works. Instead, it will be a sort of skilled work. What you study, you can implement that in doing a job.The most common type of work people do is work from home. The students, stay in a hostel as the timings of college are usually from 9 in the morning till up to 6 (in some colleges) in the evening. But the thing is you will be having breaks in between, where you can do your work. You may search online the ways by which you can earn from working from home. You can study specific subjects and develop skills such as that of Web Development, Graphic Designing, Photoshop, SEO Management, etc.. Then register to online working websites, where you can work as a freelancer and get paid for your work.So this is how you can work from home(hostel), and earn a significant amount. Some jobs require very little effort, such as answering to online surveys, and you will have to invest not more than 1 hour per day, this may fetch you as high as 80 Rupees per day, or around 20-30 rupees per day. There are of course other good jobs such as developing websites, and you may get around 10k  per project, depending on the company you work for. Therefore, although you may have very little or no time, if you have the motivation to work, then sparing just an hour or so per day is no big deal. You will be paid well if you have relevant skills.Apart from this, you can also go for blogging or, make youtube videos. Once you attract a significant number of viewers, you can register for adds, where again you can work from home, develop good content, and get paid for it. The earnings from this can go as high as 1 lakh per month or even more, it all depends on how well you manage your viewers and your content. So these were some ways, where you can earn money. I don't think you will be having skills as good as the employees of any company in your first year of college. Therefore, please don't expect that you will get a fixed job in any company in your first year. You will have to work as a freelancer, get experience as well as certifications, develop a good resume and then start sharing it with companies. Companies mostly hire fourth-year students, but if you excel in any specific skill, still you will have to wait till you complete your degree.Hope this HelpsRegards.
