You can do a Masters in Aerospace Engineering after a B.Tech in any of the fields you mentioned. However, if you are clear about pursuing ME in Aerospace, and unclear with respect to your bachelors, I suggest you should pick Mechanical Engineering. It will make you more well prepared for your masters, and in fact even while doing B.Tech you will be able to intern in companies like Boeing, that can give you the experience you want.
