Pharma is a bachelor level course whereas D. Pharma and Pharm D is diploma and doctorate level course respectively. Pharm D is short form of Doctor of Pharmacy. It is the professional pharmacy doctoral program. In India, it is a total six years program after 10+2 or D. Pharm which includes five years of academic study and one year of internship.
Diploma in Pharmacy is an entry-level tertiary pharmacy credential. It is obtained following two-year of training. Students can enroll in the course after successfully completing higher secondary education in science stream with physics, chemistry and either biology or maths as subjects.
