No. not at all. If you are enrolled in any university for any particular course then you are not suppose to follow the same course in any other institute neither in regular mode nor in distance mode.

Suppose if you are not satisfied from your current degree program then you can apply for any other degree program but in distance mode if present program is in regular mode and vice-versa, this is as per latest guidelines of UGC.

What is the advantage of doing the same degree from two University. Rather you should complete two degrees of different types from different universities. Also this is not permissible to do two same degrees.

According to the New Education Policy a candidate can be doing two courses in different streams/specialization from two University/Institute provided that one is being done in regular mode while other should be going on in distance mode learning.
