No on such percentile it is quite difficult to get any of the NITs/IIITs but you can get some other colleges that are discussed below.

As per your percentile in JEE-Main 2022,

>>>>> your CRL rank is expected around 160611 - 180550 .

Now on such CRL rank you can have chances in following colleges based on your JEE-Main rank :-

• SBIT - Shri Balwant Institute of Technology, Sonepat
• G.L. Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management, Greater Noida
• Pune Vidyarthi Griha's College Of Engineering, Nashik
• DCRUST - Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology, Sonepat

Admission in IITs is through jee advanced and not jee main

This difficult to predict as cut off keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like

----------) number of students/ candidates  that appeared in the  jee main exam,

-----------) number of available seats,

-----------) jee main examination difficulty level.

-----------) branch preference by different candidates

-----------) the category you belong etc.

But yes,
