You have not mentioned to which state you belong to. With a score of 230 in general category, it becomes really difficult to secure a seat even in the private medical colleges. But, it also has largely on the state you reside in. The cutoff for admission changes every year from state to state and that from college to college. Based on your expected score, it is difficult to get a private college as a minimum of 380-400+ for a general category candidate is required under state counseling admission. That too depends on the previous year's cutoff for admission.
