i can get seat in low fees private colleges of karnatka like colleges under comedk

yes dear you have a chance to get a private college. but as you mentation that you don't have domicile of Karnatka. i suggest you to please make as soon as possible. Or you have another option if you have done your 10+ 12 form same state then for that also it have some procedure please follow with the state offical page.
