i can have domicile of both bihar and jharkhand. Which state domicile i should make so that i can get govnt mbbs college in low score?(Which state hs low cut off)

You can take admission in Jharkhand state. As cutoff of Jharkhand is relatively less than Bihar.
However cutoff changes evey year due to many factors like :- Difficulty in paper, No of candidates, No. Of seats etc.
According to 2019 cutoff:- ( General category)
Bihar's cutoff was:
- Darbhanga Medical College, Laheriasarai
-----> 585 marks
Jharkhand's cutoff :-
Patilputra medical college -------> 580 marks
