No, you cannot apply for IMU CET with a PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) background . IMU CET requires Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) in 12th grade for most of its courses, especially for B.Tech in Marine Engineering and Nautical Science .
If you have PCB without Mathematics , you are not eligible for engineering or navigation-related courses at Indian Maritime University (IMU) . However, you may check for BBA (Logistics, Retailing & E-Commerce) as it may have different eligibility criteria.

For getting admission in Indian Maritime University (IMU) or for appering in IMU CET, student should have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. Students need to passed 10+2 with minimum 60 percent marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. It is important to have strong Foundation in Maths and Physics.
As a PCB background student you cannot apply for IMU CET after 12th .
