Let me tell you this honestly that yes you have chances of getting a seat in the third counselling. If you haven't got any seat in 1st and 2nd counseling you will definitely get a a seat in 3rd round or in the next round please be patient.

Your rank is not that good even in the SC category that's why you are having a problem in getting a a college from the first round. I don't worry if you have filled your counselling options wisely then you will obviously get a seat according to your rank.
