Hi,
I hope you are doing well.
You have to prepare for almost 1 year, but you don't have that much of time so you can try this:
Make a Time-Table
Analyse the syllabus and see how many topics are there in each subject. Now divide equal time for each syllabus and make a time-table. You must keep at least 3 hours of study for each subject. Have breaks in the time-table to refresh. Study one easy and one tough topic each day. Solve problems at the end of each topic.
Books
NCERT books are considered the best for understanding the basic concepts. You can clear the concepts from NCERT and we also recommend solving the questions at the end of each topic.
Develop Smart Study Techniques
With only two months of preparation time, you surely need to study hard but most importantly study smartly. Develop techniques that help you in understanding and remembering the tough concepts. Make shortcuts and search for tricks to learn things easily.
Topic-Wise Preparation Tests
Topic-wise mock tests and complete JEE Main mock tests are available online. You can appear for the topic-wise mock tests as you complete studying a topic. Also, appear for the JEE Main mock tests (https://www.examsplanner.in/articles/jee-main-mock-test/) once a week to get familiar with the exam pattern and type of questions asked from each topic.
Revision
We will be revising in the second month. However, it is important to revise the topic you have studied a day before. This helps in remembering the topics easily. You must also keep weekly revision sessions to revise all the topics studied during the week. While studying the topics, make notes or flashcards for revision. These will also help in the second-month revision sessions.
Make a subject-wise Revision Plan
Now make a revision plan for each subject. Make sure you revise each subject each day. Now you must have an idea of weak and strong sections. So, make a study plan to get a strong grip on the tough topics. Keep solving the questions related to each topic.
Solve Previous Years Question Papers
Solving previous years’ question papers will help in understanding the exam pattern better. Sometimes, the previous years’ questions are repeated. Solve the question papers as many times as you can. We advise solving each question paper until you get all the answers correct.
Appear for Mock Tests
Taking mock tests help in getting familiar with the exam pattern. During the mock test, students are required to complete the test in the time duration as of the JEE Main exam (https://www.examsplanner.in/iit-jee-main-exam/) . This way, they can work on their time management skills.
