I can repeat 12th in regular school with same subject and add additional subject?

it depends on you or your interest .there is no compulsion to take additional subjects you can continue your 12th with your previous same subjects also.
so, if you wanna learn something new then take an additional subject otherwise leave it and just focus on your studies.
