i can score 338 score (general ews)from civil branch but didn't qualify under this category but score card is generated can i get gate stipend and any clg

Ranja, 338 is a less score for a seat even with EWS reservation. You may have to reappear for GATE if you want to study M.Tech and be eligible for a stipend. Having said that this is 2019 data and cut offs change every year depending on various factors.
