i can take direct admission into a veterinary College without entrance exam

No one can get admitted directly to a government college unless they are an NRI or are using NRI-sponsored seats. You would be required to pay 8–10 Lac in fees each year. You may be enrolled to a government veterinary college if you can afford it.
However, you can sit for the NEET exam and apply to a veterinary medicine programme in India. However, in order to enrol in this programme from overseas, you must graduate, pass the GRE, submit an application to a veterinary school, and finish your coursework.
