Dear Salma, you must have received a notification to your registered Email Id and mobile no# when you registered first. It will have your login credentials. Using that henerate a new password. Once you reset your password, please cjeck the status of your Basic Registration. If it has been accepted, check if you have generated the code. If you did generate the code, proceed further to the final registration process. If all you see is a blue Microsoft screen, dont worry because they have been reports of official website not working. However if you haven't generated the code yet, AIIMS authorities will reopen the code generation process from Febtmruary 23rd and it will close on March 12th, 5.00pm IST. Then you can generate the code and continue with the final registration process.

First of all, I would suggest you not to panic in this situation. What we can do is look for solutions, first, you can try to re-register yourself in the web-page using your correct email id. This will lead to proper completion of your registration process from scratch and will help you get a new password for your account.

If the first option does not work, you can try contacting the support centre and talk to them regarding this issue, cause they are the one who can provide you with a good solution to the problem. If you are finding difficulty to find the contact number, try searching for it in support or contact us section, hopefully, you will find it out. After finding the contact details call them as well as mail them the issue so that there are more chances of getting a positive response.
