In such a case, it is highly unlikely for the mistake to be on the server's sides it is well maintained by officials. You might want to run a well-thought-out check on your end before taking any grave steps.
If you're sure the mistake's not on your side, then, you might check for some other things, like logging in from an incognito tab, changing the date format, changing the logging in device.

Hi i do have the same question as i cannot access my 2019 result and now the link isn’t available too . I tried emailing nta but they haven’t given a reply and i trued calling them but it kept saying all the officials are busy .please help me out , I do need the previous year scorecard, I do have my previous year admit card.
