Hello Rabeeba,
I am sorry to know that you couldn't apply within the time limit of availability of the form. If you really wish to join Indian Army through nursing, you can fill the form again next year. Just stay in touch with the official Indian Army site that is joinindianarmy.nic.in .
However, there are other entries for girls which are open for them to get in the army.
- You can join ARMED MEDICAL COPS through qualifying NEET and joining AFMC, Pune.
- You can apply for CDS after you've completed your graduation.
