To fill the form,
You can fill it following the below steps, :-
-----------------) first of all visit the official website i. e joinindianarmy.nic.in and then click on Officers entry apply/login and after that go for Registration.
-----------------) in the next step, you will have to fill your details like
your aadhaar number
your name
Father's name
Mother's Name
your date of birth
your email address
your phone number
-----------------)upload photo and signature
photo: your photo should be recent one and coloured, and for uploading get it scanned and make sure that its size is between 5KB to 20 KB
Signature: you need to upload image of your signature which should be with a black pen on a white paper and its must be between 5 to 10 KB.
-----------------)Then pay the application fee
You can fill the application form only if you fulfill its eligibility criteria

-----------------) educational qualification :- you must have passed it in the first attempt with physics, chemistry, biology, and english and must have got at least 50% in 12th board exam as a regular student. Class 12th appearing students are also provisionally eligible.
-----------------)your date of birth must be between 1st October , 1997, to 30th September , 2005 inclusive of both days as per your class 10th certificate to be eligible for Indian Army BSc nursing 2022
-----------------) You should be a female and unmarried. Also, divorcee, legally separated and widows are eligible.
-----------------) nationality :- you must be Indian citizen.
-----------------)phydical standard :- you will be checked for the physical fitness as per standards set by commission in the Armed Forces, and for the same you will have to go through X-ray exam of chest and USG of abdomen & pelvis .
- ) height :- you should have height of at least 152 cm while for Gorkhas and those belonging to North Eastern region of India, Garhwal and Kumaon needs a height of at least 148 cm.

Here's a brief of neet exam pattern :-
-----------------------) Neet examination is conducted for a total of 720 marks
-----------------------) There are a total of 200 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) out of which only 180 can be attempted.
-----------------------) There are 4 subjects in neet examination:-
Physics
Chemistry
Botany
Zoology
-----------------------) Each subject is further divided in 2 sections - A & B
