I can't find where to apply for bhu mbbs and bds 2018 although it says it will be done through MCC which will start in June 2018

That is because all the proceedings for application will only start after NEET results are out.

BHU individual registration will start after the declaration of neet exam results . One result are out the further notification will be available in their website. For further update stay tuned at careers360.com
