Hello Aspirant,
If you want to study all 3 subjects equally in a day, then you need to cover small small parts of syllabus from each subject in a day. Try to make plan to study mathematics first in a day , then switch to chemistry and then to physics at the end of the day , or you can give you fav subject more time and keep it to study in the end. Try to study 2-3 hrs each subject as much as you can, don't fasten your study to cover syllabus fast, Try to spend quality time not focus on covering syllabus. Study for 2hrs with a 10min gap in each hour and before solving question of that topic , take a break and do you fav things and then solve questions. In this way it won't make you hectic and you can easily give time to all the subjects and also to solving question. Solve atleast 10-15 question from each topic in a day.
Don't take much stress, if you are doing the above things and after that if you are feeling stressed then reply me here.
All the best
hello aspirant,
It seems like you have to master some particular Time-management and prioritization skills since you have mentioned that you cannot handle all the 3 Subjects for JEE mains. If you have difficulty in coping with all the 3 subjects and if completing only one subjects eats up all of your time, then I would recommend you to avoid distractions from your life, improve your study environment, reduce time watching television (If you do), reduce time spending time on useless things (Like Talking to friends, playing online games, etc), practice Meditation and running in the early morning as it will help you to focus and concentrate on your Work.
Secondly, you can follow Pomodoro technique, which states that - Spend 25 mins of your time having laser sharp focus on your studies and then take 5 mins of regular break. Repeat this cycle of continuous study and regular break and this will help you to concentrate better in your studies.
These were my personal tips that I follow.
