Hello Aspirant,
See there is no percentage criteria to appear for JEE-Main but if you are seeking admission to NITs/IIITs on the basis of JEE-Main score or if you have to sit for JEE-Advance then 75% in class 12th is required.
What you can do is you can appear for examination of secondary course either from NIOS or from any other open board which is recognized and if you get 75% marks there then you can definitely get admission in NITs or IITs on the basis of your JEE-Main and JEE-Advance score respectively.
*******Also note that since last 2 years this criteria has been waived off due to the pandemic but most probably this year the criteria might get restored, so kindly wait until any official notification gets out. *******

****** Just go through the notes which you have made at the time of studying different concepts. Grab all formulas thoroughly, you can do this by writing it in the notebook or practice some numerical on it.
