I choose my 12 additional subject fine arts but instead it had to be painting..but i have filled the admission form of amity university can i change it by any means

Yes one can change there course if you request your coordinators but one should do it before the exams for mid term begin.
And as these two subjects are cordially linked to each other as the written exam pattern is almost same so there will be no issue in changing tge subject students change whole of their streams so it won't be a problem.
