If you chosen a college for admission then you have to ask in the account section of the college that how the fees is given, In installments or one at once. Many Colleges takes money in installments.

You will get your answer from there.

I didn't understand what you are asking regarding the counselling.

If you are asking the money given for counselling, Then it will go in your 1st year fees. Some part of it is taken by College.

For Accurate answer, ask account section of the Institute.
