Congrats for your result. GATE scores are valid for 3 years so you may apply to your college with this GATE score next year but it depends on the college's cutoff that you may or may not get the college.

From my side, I would recommend to apply for GATE once more and try to score as good as possible to get into the top ranking colleges.
