It's good that you've already decided that you want to do BSc-BEd course in future, but you've not mentioned the name of the university where you want to take admission, first of all you've to decide that accordingly prepare for the same.

Each university has its own entrance pattern, and it's not the same in case of all university, one of the best option in this regard is Regiional Institute of Education with all its campuses four campuses takes admission through CEE conducted by NCERT, for syllabus you may visit at http://cee.ncert.gov.in/Syllabus.aspx In order to qualify this exam, there are mainly three sections you just have to go through standard books like for language proficiencey, build your grammar and vocabulary for that you can use wren and marting along with norman lewis's word power made easy, for reasoning you can use RK Agarwal's Verbal and Non-Verbal Reasoning, for teaching aptitude you can use any standard book available for BEd exam such as that of R Gupta's Teaching Aptitude, you can use the Internet extensively here, there are lot of competitive exams site from where you can easily practice the language as well as reasoning part.
