I come under BC-B category but do not come under Non Creamy Layer. So which option should I select for SRM and KLU application form, OBC/BC or General/SC.

As you have mentioned that you comes under BC-B but it is state level reservation and SRM JEE and KLEEE is University level entrance examination so to get reservation your category should lie under central list of reservation available at ( http://www.ncbc.nic.in/User_Panel/CentralListStateView.aspx ) but as you have mentioned that you does not lie under OBC-NCL category then you have to apply under General category because for OBC-Creamy Layer there is no reservation and they are treated as General category candidates.
