I comple 12th in 2017 and take admission in Graduation in Political science honour's and in 2020 my Graduation complete. but , Due some reason. and I wanted to do Graduation again with Political science honour's in session 2020 to 2023 .it is Possible do double graduation with same honour's help

Yes, it is possible and allowed to do graduation again If you want and with the same ourse too, as long as you satisfy the respective Eligibility criteria. But, you should know that this will waste three years of your career and also, the previous graduation certificate will not be valid.
BSc political science has good career scope in future. Its better If you go on with this and do not repeate agin with honors. But at last, it's your choice. Decide wisely.
