Hello Gurpreet,
You must not be more than 25 years of age if you are from general category and 30 years of age if you are from a reserved/PwD category.
Also, another important criteria is you must have passed 12th with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as core subject in both Classes 11 and 12 from a recognized board.

Dear Gurpreet, if you are 17 or atleast will turn 17 by December 31 2019 and have cleared your +2 with Physics,Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects with a minimum of 50% you are eligible to attempt NEET. If since 206, your highest qualification has been +2, then your qualification code is 02. However if you have joined B. Sc or any other course with atleast 2 subjects among these, then your qualification code is 05. If you have completed your B.Sc then your qualification code is 06.
