- Must be An Indian citizen
- Minimum age must be 20
- maximum age is 30
- OBC has 3 years relaxation
- SC/ST has 5 years relaxation
- PWD candidates have 10 yrs relaxation
- J&K domicile students have 5 years relaxation
- Candidate must hold a bachelor's degree from any stream.
- there's no upper attempt limitation
