I complete my 12th last year but took ba as a graduation due to some reasons I just complete my ba 1st year but I want to do BBA studies at the Punjab university or Punjab university affiliated government college but my college collect my all certificate of school so what I can do on this matter ?

You can always ask your college management to return your documents because you do not want to study any more in the college.
