Yes, after completion of Diploma in Engineering you can join Bachelor of Science in Computer Science second year.

You can also join second year in B.Tech through Lateral Entry admission after completion of Diploma in Engineering in any branch.

You must have passed with minimum 45 percentage to 50 percentage in three years of Diploma in Engineering course from a recognised College or University.
