i complete my first and second semester and now I don't want to continue it.. but after a year if I won't to give the exam of semester 3 and 4 can i give it?

See currently the NEP isn't in effect this year, it might be possible to be in effect from next year or so, at that time it is possible to hold your current course and opt for another course and after finishing that resuming your previous holded course. But currently it is not possible, if you are in 3rd semester of any particular course then you have to finish the complete course then you can opt for another course.
