Ravindra, Delhi offers Institutional Quota for Candidates who do not belong to Delhi but have completed their 10th and 12th in Delhi. Such Candidates are eligible for Delhi State Counselling. Such Candidate should fill a proforma to get a certificate to fulfil the domicile criteria:
- School should be located within the National Territory Capital of India
- School should be recognised by CBSE/Council of Indian School Certificate/JMI
- School should conduct regular classes

If you have done your 11th and 12th from a college situated in Delhi, then you are eligible for the 85% quota in all the Colleges in Delhi. If you are a resident of Delhi too, then you can also avail the quota with the help of Domicile certificate.
