I completed 10+2(mpc) in 2013 Some colleges telss u are not eligible for doing engineering is it sure

Yeah definitely it is since there is a large gap duration between your Class 12th completion till now so as per my guess none of the engineering institute will accept the candidate's like this. So possibly you should try for such colleges / University which will accept the candidate's like this.
