It's great that you are currently pursuing a diploma course in Mechanical engineering.
Yes, you can do a Bachelor's degree in any stream after completing Diploma. Different colleges offer this option all over India. You must do research on them and check the eligibility criteria of those colleges and accordingly apply for them. All The Best!!
