The maximum number of times a candidate can give JEE Main is thrice that too in consecutive years. So, you still have one attempt left for JEE Main. As far as NEET is concerned there is only age limit in it. The best thing you can do is to take another year drop as you won't get any decent this year. And see all the colleges are good, no college discriminates between droppers and first-time students. So, work hard study and take admission in decent college next year.
