I completed all 5 courses in supply chain management in coursera but i didn't receive my specialization certificate why?

What Coursera say is: “When you finish every course and complete the hands-on project, you'll earn a Certificate that you can share with prospective employers and your professional network”. Hope after each course you got the message of successful completion and you have not missed any of their deadlines. If yes then check in your profile.
When you registered for the course you would have created your profile and under profile, go to ‘accomplishments’ and if you have completed the courses as per their guidelines then it will be automatically be shown here. Their systems are highly automated so chances of being missed are extremely remote.
