I completed b.tech (2014-2018) but I have one back paper so what passing year I should fill in gate 2019

You need to keep it 2018 itself because in that year you complete engineering.
Incase you had drop then it could have been year extended else its the same as before.

ThanksSo I should fill 2018 or 2019 because I have back in 1 paper and I will get to clear in even semester i.e in 2019
