I completed class 12 and I'm interested in civils ...please suggest me a group in degree with less maths

Hello aspirant!
If you are interested in Civil Services exam then you can take up any Undergraduate Degree with less time period and focus on your preparation for the Civil Services exams. If you want less amount of Mathematics, you can take up BSC in any field like chemistry, biology or you can even take up BA in any of your nearby college.
