I completed diploma in mechanical engineering after my tenth. Then I did my technician apprentice training in BHEL. After that I joined engineering directly in the second year (lateral entry) . I did not study +2 . Can I apply for UPSC IES exam ??????

Having Completed Diploma in Mechanical Engineering as well as Apprentice Training from BHEL, you need to complete your full time B.Tech degree ( Lateral Entry ) before you apply for the UPSC ESE Examination for the Prestigious Indian Ebgineering Services.
